Kota Restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere built around a large open fireplace. Watch how our most popular dish, glow-fried salmon, is prepared over the open fire by the chef. It is a true Arctic classic many visitors come to taste.

Log Restaurant

The Log Restaurant is our largest dining venue where guests enjoy a rich breakfast buffet every morning. From November onwards, a hearty buffet dinner is also available. The Log Restaurant is also an excellent choice for events, meetings, and larger groups.

Our bars offer unforgettable moments under Arctic skies. From panoramic views and Northern Lights spotting to icy drinks served from frozen glasses, each bar has its own atmosphere.

Ice Bar

The Ice Bar is located inside the Arctic SnowHotel and is open from December 15 to March 31. Here, everything is made of ice and snow – from the bar counter to the walls and even the glasses!

Enjoy cool drinks, lively music, and a truly unique setting where your drink stays chilled from the first sip to the last.

Sky Bar

Sky Bar is a two-storey bar located in the Kota Restaurant building and is open from September 1 to March 31. When you climb upstairs, you are welcomed by large panoramic windows offering stunning views of the night sky.

With a bit of luck, you can enjoy your drinks while watching the Northern Lights in a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Pop-up Ice Bar

The Pop-up Ice Bar is a seasonal autumn experience, open on evenings from September 1 to October 31. This outdoor bar features an icy service counter and offers a taste of winter before the snow hotel opens. Enjoy an icy drink under the starry sky!

Our restaurants recommend making reservations for lunches and dinners in advance, whether you are coming for a day trip or staying overnight. Guests staying in our glass igloos or the snow hotel can conveniently make restaurant reservations through the Your Stay -page, without the need to purchase entrance tickets.

Local flavors

Our goal is to serve dishes using local ingredients from small producers. We also make use of the season’s wild herbs and berries, either bought locally or picked by our staff from the surrounding nature. Traditional preparation methods such as fermenting, salting, and pickling add a unique touch to our menus, bringing genuine Laplandic flavors to the table.
