
Booking terms & conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to services offered directly by Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos and SnowHotel Family. Services offered by third-party providers may have their own terms and conditions, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with them.
Accommodation
Stays between 1 September and 31 October

Cancellation fee: €50 if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date.

100% of the stay price will be charged if the booking is canceled 0–29 days before the arrival date.
Stays between 1 November and 31 March

Cancellation fee: €50 if canceled 60 days or more before the arrival date.

100% of the stay price will be charged if the booking is canceled 0–29 days before the arrival date.
Applies to both the SnowHotel and the Glass Igloos.
Modifying your reservation

Bookings can be modified up to 14 days before arrival.

The stay can be moved to the same season or the next season.

If the new date has a higher price, the difference will be charged.

If the new date has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
Restaurants
Log restaurant, Kota restaurant and Ice Restaurant at Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos
- For bookings cancelled more than 12 hours before the starting time, a refund will be issued, subject to a 20€ transaction fee.
- For bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show, 100% of the price will be charged.
Activities & Visiting Packages

No cancellation fee for bookings canceled more than 24 hours before the starting time.

For the Visit to a traditional reindeer farm, the cancellation deadline is 48 hours before the starting time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, 100% of the price will be charged.
Refunds
Kindly note it might take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
