CURRENT INFORMATION (COVID19)
Our hotel and restaurants will reopen on 22nd Sep 2021. We have full faith in the Finnish authorities, and we are following their guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible. We have a large resort, enabling us to arrange safety distances easily for our clients while still offering memorable experiences.
Kindly follow travel restrictions from the authorities of Finland and the country of your departure. You can find plenty of information about entering in Finland from the Finnish institute of health and welfare and Finnish border control.
Please make sure that you have a valid travel insurance and follow the current guidelines for possible travel restrictions. For new Glass Igloo bookings the free cancellation deadline is 60 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, only the transaction fee (50€) is charged and the rest will be refunded. If you have changed your arrival dates from previous years, please check the valid cancellation policy with staff. Please check the cancellation policy for other services with our staff. These cancellation policies concern bookings made directly with us. If you have booked via third party, please contact them directly.
According to the local restrictions in order to use our restaurant and bar services you need to present a valid proof of full set of vaccine, negative test result (max 72h old), or proof that you have had COVID in the past 6 months. These rules will apply until 31st Dec 2021 after which the situation will be evaluated again.
